TV Host Matthieu Delormeau Fined After Cocaine Purchase in Paris

The former C8 and NRJ12 presenter was briefly detained but released with an 800-euro fine after being caught in a drug transaction by police.

Matthieu Delormeau, a well-known French television host, was detained on February 25, 2025, for purchasing cocaine in Paris's 6th arrondissement.
Police from the anti-crime brigade (BAC) apprehended Delormeau during a monitored drug transaction involving a dealer under surveillance.
Delormeau admitted to the offense and was released the following morning with an 800-euro fine, imposed through a penal order.
This is not Delormeau's first drug-related incident; in July 2024, he faced legal action and was issued a therapeutic injunction after a similar offense.
