Overview

• Four gunmen opened fire shortly before 3 a.m. on July 27 at the Islands Hookah and Cigar Lounge in Providenciales, killing 25-year-old Yeiscol Rhinel Rodriguez Florestino, 27-year-old Erlin Dorastin and 39-year-old Keell Silver and wounding 10 others.
