The Tuohys have shared alleged text messages from Oher in which he threatens to publicly label them as 'thieves' and 'fakes' if they do not pay him.
The Tuohys have denied Oher's allegations, stating that they paid him the same share of 'The Blind Side' film profits as each of them and their two children received.
A judge ended the conservatorship between Oher and the Tuohys in September, but the financial dispute over the film's earnings continues.
