  • The Renault was located in Meir on October 30 and has been returned to its owner.
  • Section 60 stop-and-search powers were introduced in Tunstall from 3pm on October 29 due to a perceived risk of serious violence.
  • The force cited recent disorder, a hammer found in a vehicle, and sightings of people with face coverings, with intelligence about rival groups in the area.
  • Officers also seized two additional suspected stolen vehicles during the operation, including a Mitsubishi Outlander in Biddulph believed to be cloned.
