Overview
- Only devotees selected through the e-dip will get Vaikunta Dwara Darshan on Dec 30–Jan 1, and all privilege-based darshans are suspended.
- From Jan 2 to Jan 8, darshan reverts to sarva darshan on a first-in-first-out basis without pre-issued ticket restrictions.
- The e-dip drew 24.05 lakh registrations, with 1.76 lakh pilgrims chosen by computerised draw and tickets issued on Dec 2.
- Authorities will manage crowds with a 3,000-strong police deployment, real-time command-control feeds, drone monitoring and an AI-based system for queue regulation.
- TTD leaders urged reliance on official channels and warned of legal action over false social media claims about entry and darshan.
