• Trump announced on Truth Social that crews will begin digging at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday to install two nearly 100-foot, rust-proof flagpoles on the North and South Lawns
• The poles are described as tapered, of the highest quality and paid for by Trump as a personal gift to the White House
• American flags are set to be raised atop each pole around 11 a.m. Eastern Time
• Earlier this month, the White House broke ground on Trump-ordered renovations including paving the Rose Garden grass, commissioning new self-portraits, adding gold-toned accents in the Oval Office and proposing a ballroom
