- Justice Department pardon attorney Ed Martin met with lawyer Peter Ticktin last week to examine 11 full clemency petitions, including one for Stewart Rhodes, founder of the Oath Keepers.
- Stewart Rhodes was convicted of seditious conspiracy for his role in the January 6 Capitol attack and is serving an 18-year prison sentence that President Trump previously commuted.
