Overview

  • Trump Mobile’s 47 Plan is available now for $47.45 monthly and includes unlimited talk, text and data with added roadside assistance and telehealth benefits.
  • The gold-cased T1 Phone will cost $499, is offered for pre-order and is marketed as designed and built in the United States for a September release.
  • As a mobile virtual network operator, Trump Mobile taps into Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile’s networks and licenses the Trump name rather than handling service or manufacturing directly.
  • Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump unveiled the venture at Trump Tower on June 16 to mark the 10th anniversary of the president’s campaign launch.
  • The telecom expansion follows more than $8 million in Trump Organization licensing earnings last year and has prompted ethics scrutiny over FCC oversight by Trump appointee Brendan Carr.
