Trump Organization Expands Real Estate Ventures in Saudi Arabia

The company, led by Eric Trump, announces new projects in Jeddah and Riyadh as Donald Trump prepares to re-enter the White House.

Eric Trump unveiled plans for a Trump Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, marking the Trump Organization's first major project in the country.
The Jeddah project, developed in partnership with Dar Global, will feature a 47-floor residential tower and is estimated to cost $532 million, with completion expected in four years.
Additional projects in Riyadh, including a Trump Tower and a golf community, were also announced, expanding the Trump Organization’s footprint in the Middle East.
The announcements come as concerns over potential conflicts of interest resurface, given Donald Trump’s return to the presidency and past business ties with Saudi Arabia.
Criticism has also been directed at Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, over a $2 billion investment from Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund in his private equity firm.
