Trump Organization Announces Two New Real Estate Projects in Saudi Arabia

The deals, finalized with Dar Global, come weeks before President-elect Donald Trump is set to return to the White House.

The Trump Organization will lease its brand to two luxury real estate projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, developed by Dar Global.
Dar Global, the international arm of Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan, will fully own and manage the projects, continuing its collaboration with the Trump Organization after previous ventures in Oman and Dubai.
The announcement has reignited scrutiny over Trump's close ties to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, particularly following the 2018 killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law, has also faced criticism for securing a $2 billion investment from a Saudi sovereign wealth fund for his private equity firm after leaving the White House.
The Trump Organization has a history of international real estate licensing deals, with projects in Canada, Mexico, India, Turkey, and the Middle East.
