Trump Media Investor Patrick Orlando Sells Majority Stake

Patrick Orlando and ARC Global Investments have divested nearly all their shares in Trump Media, significantly reducing their stake.

Patrick Orlando and ARC Global Investments reduced their Trump Media stake from 5.4% to 0.01%, now holding just 30,147 shares.
The sale followed a court ruling in September that awarded Orlando additional shares after a legal dispute with Trump Media.
Trump Media's stock has surged 91% since the lockup period ended in September, despite the sell-off by major investors.
Other early investors, including Trump Media co-founders, have also recently sold significant shares following legal settlements.
President-elect Donald Trump remains the largest shareholder of Trump Media, holding 54% of the company and expressing no intent to sell.
