• Trump posted a photo of Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin and Narendra Modi saying the U.S. had lost India and Russia to China, then later told reporters, “I don’t think we have lost [India].”
• He said he was very disappointed by India’s purchases of Russian oil and noted the U.S. had imposed a 50 percent tariff on Indian imports.
