Trump Announces Key Tech and Science Leadership Picks for Second Term

Michael Kratsios, Lynne Parker, Bo Hines, and Sriram Krishnan to lead AI, crypto, and innovation policy under David Sacks’ oversight.

Michael Kratsios, former CTO under Trump, has been nominated to lead the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, pending Senate confirmation.
Lynne Parker, who previously served as U.S. deputy CTO, will return as Executive Director of the President’s Council of Advisors for Science and Technology.
Bo Hines, a former GOP congressional candidate, has been appointed Executive Director of the new Presidential Council of Advisers for Digital Assets, focused on cryptocurrency policy.
Sriram Krishnan, a Silicon Valley veteran, will serve as Senior Policy Advisor for AI, working on U.S. AI leadership and government coordination.
The team will report to David Sacks, Trump’s AI and crypto czar, as the administration plans to overhaul Biden’s AI policies and prioritize technological innovation.
