Truck Driver Admits Faking Bomb Threat That Shut São Paulo Ring Road, Charged for False Report

• Dener Laurito dos Santos, 52, told Civil Police he staged the device and his own restraint, confessing during a deposition in Taboão da Serra on Nov. 19.

• Investigators confronted him with inconsistencies and footage showing him stopping the truck, urinating, and throwing a stone at his own windshield to simulate an attack.
