- Outer bands from Norbert are already producing fresh winds and rough seas off the tip of Baja California Sur that could affect offshore mariners and coastal conditions.
- Forecasters are also watching a separate low expected to form several hundred miles south of Baja this weekend that has a medium chance of developing into a tropical cyclone over seven days.
