Tropical Storm Arlene Weakens to Depression, Expected to Dissipate

Tropical Storm Arlene weakened to a tropical depression on Saturday.
Arlene formed in the Gulf of Mexico and is forecast to become a remnant low later on Saturday.
The depression is located about 145 miles west of the Dry Tortugas, Florida with maximum sustained winds of 35 miles per hour.
Arlene is the first named storm of the Atlantic Hurricane season but is expected to remain offshore and have minimal impact.
The storm is forecast to turn eastward and dissipate by early Sunday.
