- Police identified the driver as 21-year-old Cassandra Aldecoa of Dover and charged her with felony reckless conduct, second-degree assault, criminal mischief, and two DUI misdemeanors.
- Passenger Zachary Lapierre, 21, of Lebanon, Maine, faces misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, contempt, and violating release conditions, and both are held on preventive detention ahead of a Monday arraignment in Brentwood District Court.
