Tripura Student’s Killing in Dehradun Triggers Murder Case and Cross-Border Hunt for Main Accused

Authorities have upgraded the case to murder under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and are pursuing a rewarded manhunt for the alleged stabber believed to have fled to Nepal.
