Overview
- Frederick Davis, 37, was shot dead by an Indianapolis police officer inside a Burger King after a struggle leading to Davis taking control of the officer's gun.
- During the altercation, Davis gained control of the officer's firearm, threatening the officer's life before firing the weapon and grazing the officer's leg.
