Trenes Argentinos Opens Mar del Plata Ticket Sales for October–November as New Fares Take Effect

Service remains curtailed on select weekdays for track works through mid-November, with questions lingering over the peak-season timetable.

  • Tickets for the Constitución–Mar del Plata service are now on sale for October and November via the official website and at authorized ticket offices.
  • New pricing applies: Primera now uses bands starting at ARS 25,000, and Pullman is set at a fixed ARS 30,000.
  • Online purchases receive a 10% discount, retirees get 40% off, and passengers with a CUD can travel free with an authorized companion.
  • The reduced schedule tied to track renewal continues: no departures from Constitución on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and no return services from Mar del Plata on Wednesdays and Thursdays, in effect from August 19 through mid-November.
  • A limited weekend offering remains in place, including an additional Friday departure from Constitución and a Sunday night return, and it is not yet confirmed whether weekday suspensions will extend into the summer months.
