Owner Imana cited a break-in and robbery as well as financial difficulties as reasons for the closure.
Hi Felicia was known for its unconventional fine dining and was recently recognized in the Michelin Guide.
Imana plans to open a wine bar in the former Hi Felicia space after preparing the new venture for several weeks.
Imana also owns Sluts, a wine bar in San Francisco.
