Overview
- Two separate collisions occurred at about 4:15 a.m. and 5:45 a.m. on the D826 near Francarville in the night of January 15–16.
- Gendarmes found four trees deliberately cut to block the roadway and the words “Pour le préfet” written on the pavement.
