Treaty Oak Starts Construction on 385 MW of Louisiana Solar to Supply Meta

Bank-led, non-recourse deals finalized in late 2025 position the projects for first-half 2027 operation.

Overview

  • Financing closed for Beekman on November 20, 2025 at $410 million and for Hollis Creek on December 19, 2025 at $399 million in senior secured facilities.
  • SMBC, ING Capital, Crédit Agricole CIB, MUFG, and National Australia Bank served as coordinating lead arrangers, with Latham & Watkins advising the sponsor and Paul Hastings representing lenders.
  • Beekman (185 MW) in Morehouse Parish will be built by Blattner Energy with high-voltage work by Dashiell, while Hollis Creek (200 MW) in Sabine Parish will be constructed by Primoris Renewable Energy with high-voltage work by Beta Engineering.
  • First Solar will supply modules and Nextpower trackers will be used across both sites, aligning with Treaty Oak’s emphasis on U.S.-based supply chains.
  • Long-term offtake agreements with Meta back the portfolio, which is projected to support about 300 peak construction jobs and deliver over $100 million in lifetime state and local tax revenue.
