Travis Scott to Face Jury Trial in Astroworld Disaster Case

Scott's legal team argued that his responsibilities did not include safety oversight, which they say falls outside the scope of performing artists' duties.
The first trial, a wrongful death case by the family of Madison Dubiski, is scheduled to start on May 6.
