Traps removed after no sign of grizzly that killed Kansas hiker near Yellowstone

A woman was killed by a grizzly bear while hiking near Yellowstone National Park.
The victim was identified as Kansas resident Amie Adamson, an avid hiker and author.
Officials believe it was a chance encounter and the bear did not prey on the victim.
Traps were set but no bear was captured, so authorities stopped trying to catch it.
Adamson died doing what she loved and her family expressed gratitude for her life.
