Overview
- Coordinated blockades that began around 7:00 a.m. have clogged main access routes, including Mexico–Querétaro near Tepotzotlán and Coyotepec, the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense with intermittent closures, the Arco Norte with stoppages, and stretches of the México–Toluca corridor.
 - Caravans left from at least ten State of Mexico municipalities—such as Jilotepec, Toluca, Lerma, Naucalpan and Atlacomulco—heading toward Mexico City’s Zócalo.
 - At the Tepotzotlán toll plaza, protesters concentrated in large numbers and at times let vehicles pass without paying, while additional slowdowns were reported along Periférico Norte and feeder avenues into the capital.
 - City and federal agencies, including the SSC, National Guard, Capufe and SICT, deployed traffic and safety operations, with Mexico City mobility authorities urging alternate routes across the north, west, south and east corridors.
 - The alliance says actions will continue unless Galindo is found alive or concrete security commitments are made, and authorities had not reported locating him as of midday Monday.
