- The plan, presented at the Russian Transport Forum, targets moving 12 million tonnes of petroleum products from rail to trunk pipelines by 2030.
- A Krasnodar–Novorossiysk pipeline is slated in two phases: 3.7 million tonnes of diesel by January 1, 2027 and 3.0 million tonnes of gasoline by January 1, 2030.
- A separate Samara–Volgograd product pipeline is planned to carry 5.3 million tonnes of diesel by 2030.
- NMTP reported ongoing construction of the NSRZ deep-water transshipment complex in Novorossiysk with completion targeted for December 2027.
- The NSRZ project totals 120.7 billion rubles including VAT, 17.6 billion rubles has been spent, and the complex is co-owned by NMTP and Metalloinvest; NMTP is controlled by Transneft with a 62% stake.
