Overview

• In Comonfort’s La Nopalera–San Pedro rail crossing, a Morados passenger bus was struck by a CPKC/Kansas City Southern train, leaving five people dead and about 18 injured.
• Injured passengers were taken to Hospital General de Celaya, Hospital Comunitario de Comonfort and Hospital General de San Miguel de Allende, with several patients named by local Protección Civil.
