Trailer for 'Bambi: The Reckoning' Reveals Twisted Horror Take on Classic Tale

The indie horror film reimagines Bambi as a mutated, vengeful predator in the latest entry of the Twisted Childhood Universe.

Jagged Edge Productions has released the first trailer for 'Bambi: The Reckoning,' showing a grotesque reimagining of the classic character as a mutated and vengeful deer.
The film depicts Bambi on a deadly rampage after witnessing his mother's death, targeting humans who enter his forest territory.
Directed by Dan Allen with a screenplay by Rhys Warrington, the movie stars Roxanne McKee and Tom Mulheron as a mother and son stranded in the woods and hunted by Bambi.
This marks the fourth installment in the Twisted Childhood Universe, following the 'Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey' films and 'Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare.'
Bambi will later join other twisted versions of public domain characters, including Winnie the Pooh and Peter Pan, in the crossover horror film 'Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble,' set to begin production this year.
