Chianti Means, 33, and her two children, Roman Rossman and Mecca Means, died after falling nearly 200 feet from Luna Island.
Means' cousin and sister revealed she suffered from postpartum depression and was deeply affected by the death of her grandmother in 2020.
State Police confirmed the act was intentional, with Means reportedly sending her children over the railing before following them.
The bodies of Means and her children have not been recovered despite search efforts by State and Park Police.
