• Tractive’s takeover of Mars Petcare’s Whistle is now finalized and the Whistle tracking service will be decommissioned on August 31, 2025.
• Registered Whistle customers have until September 30, 2025 to request a complimentary Tractive replacement device by submitting their old tracker’s serial number.
• Remaining Whistle subscriptions with over two months left transfer directly to new Tractive plans while those with less than two months receive two months of free service.
• The free replacement trackers come with a new two-year warranty in place of Whistle’s expiring coverage.
• Tractive’s Basic and Premium plans start at $108 per year and include GPS tracking plus health-monitoring features such as heart and respiratory rate, bark tracking, virtual fences and worldwide coverage.
