  • The $149.99 Tapo HomeBase H500 hub houses 16GB of onboard storage expandable to 16TB via SATA and can manage up to 16 cameras and 64 sensors.
  • It performs on-device AI detection with facial recognition; its built-in microphone, speaker and HDMI output enable intercom and multi-camera live views.
  • Acting as a Matter controller, the HomeBase H500 brings select third-party devices into the Tapo app, currently supporting lighting, sensors, switches, plugs and door locks.
