Prices start at A$45,990 plus on‑road costs for the GX Hybrid 2WD and run to A$66,340 for the GR Sport PHEV AWD, with increases of up to A$6,430 across key grades.
The new PHEV uses a 22.7 kWh battery with a claimed electric range of up to 100 km (WLTP) and supports 50 kW DC and 11 kW AC charging.
PHEV outputs are rated at 200 kW for front‑drive models and 227 kW for AWD trims, with AWD variants quoted at 5.8 seconds from 0–100 km/h.
Regular hybrids adopt a retuned 2.5‑litre system producing 143 kW in both FWD and AWD, down from 160–163 kW due to emissions requirements.
Toyota says hybrids arrive in late Q1 2026, PHEVs follow between July and September 2026, and orders for the new range are open now.
