Toyota Reveals Camry GT-S Concept With Stock Hybrid Power

The company frames the build as a realistic prototype to gauge interest at next month’s SEMA show.

Overview

  • Built on the 2025 Camry XSE AWD Hybrid, the GT-S keeps the 232-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid drivetrain unchanged.
  • Chassis changes include adjustable coilovers that lower ride height by 1.5 inches for a more aggressive stance and sharper handling.
  • Braking is upgraded with 8-piston front calipers on 365 mm rotors and 6-piston rear calipers on 356 mm rotors.
  • Styling tweaks feature an Inferno Flare finish, sculpted aero elements, GT-S side skirts, and a rear fascia engineered for a performance exhaust, plus 20-inch wheels with 245/35R20 tires.
  • Toyota will display the concept Nov. 4–7 at the Las Vegas Convention Center (Central Hall, Booth 22200), has not committed to production, and cautions the prototype’s modifications may void warranties or be non–street-legal.
