Toyota Recalls Over 100,000 Vehicles Due to Engine Debris Risk

Affected models include 2022-2023 Toyota Tundra pickups and Lexus LX 600 SUVs, with no immediate fix available.

The recall involves approximately 102,000 vehicles, including 98,600 Toyota Tundras and 3,500 Lexus LX 600s.
Debris left in the V35A engines during manufacturing may cause engine stalling and loss of drive power.
No injuries or deaths have been reported in connection with the defect.
Owners of the affected vehicles will be notified by late July 2024.
Toyota is currently developing a solution to address the issue.
