Overview
- Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden announced one count of kidnapping and three counts of domestic assault and battery against Carmen Veneziano, 47.
- Prosecutors allege he confined and assaulted a woman in a Back Bay hotel room on Sept. 14 between roughly 3:30 and 5:30 a.m.
- Police assigned to the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office arrested Veneziano on Friday, and he agreed to be extradited to Massachusetts.
