Toronto Teen Charged with First-Degree Murder in Stabbing Incident

A 13-year-old faces charges after a 54-year-old man was fatally stabbed in a Toronto parking lot.

The incident occurred just after 12:20 a.m. on Tuesday in the city's northwestern area.
Police found the victim in a parking lot near Jane Street and St. Clair Avenue West.
Despite life-saving efforts, the man was declared dead at the scene.
Authorities are in the process of notifying the victim's next of kin and have not released his identity.
The identity of the accused teenager is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
