Toronto Police Arrest Fugitive on Bolo’s 25 Most Wanted, Seize Firearm

The capture followed a Canada-wide warrant for a parole breach issued by the ROPE squad.

  • The Bolo Program had listed him on its 25 Most Wanted roster, and other listed suspects such as Gurkirat Singh and Dharam Singh Dhaliwal remain at large.
