Toronto Man Charged with Murder in Brother's Shooting Death

Police say the suspect and victim were arguing before the fatal shooting in Scarborough late Saturday night.

Christopher Malcolm, 27, was identified as the victim who was shot in Scarborough.
The suspect, Carlton Malcolm, 25, has been charged with second-degree murder.
The incident occurred near Kingston Road and Markham Road around 11 p.m. on Saturday.
Christopher Malcolm was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and later pronounced dead.
Carlton Malcolm is scheduled to appear in court on Monday morning.
