Toronto Closer Jordan Romano Exits All-Star Game with Back Tightness

Toronto closer Jordan Romano left the All-Star Game in the seventh inning due to lower back tightness.
Romano entered the game, retired Will Smith on a flyout, then allowed a deep fly ball by Lourdes Gurriel Jr. that was initially called a home run but overturned on review.
After the review, manager Dusty Baker and a trainer visited the mound before Romano walked off the field.
Romano threw just five pitches before exiting as a precautionary measure.
The Blue Jays said they are taking precautions to care for Romano's back tightness.
