Top Wide Receiver Evan Stewart Transfers from Texas A&M to Oregon

Evan Stewart, a top wide receiver from Texas A&M, has announced his transfer to Oregon.
Stewart, a former five-star recruit and the No. 2 wide receiver in his class, caught 91 passes for 1,163 yards and six touchdowns in his two seasons at Texas A&M.
Stewart's transfer comes after the firing of Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher, which included a record-setting $76 million buyout.
Oregon has been active in the transfer portal, previously adding Oklahoma transfer quarterback Dillon Gabriel.
Stewart's addition to Oregon is expected to replace the production of All-Pac-12 wideout Troy Franklin, who has declared for the NFL draft.
