Top Prospect Michael Busch Called Up by Dodgers

The Dodgers are calling up prospect Michael Busch after placing Max Muncy on paternity leave.
Busch has been one of the top prospects in the Dodgers minor league system and on Keith Law's list of top 20 Dodgers prospects for 2023.
Busch has been hitting well at Triple-A Oklahoma City this season, with a .337 batting average and .461 on-base percentage over 21 games.
Busch is expected to briefly fill in for Muncy but could earn a bigger role if other veteran options struggle.
Busch has been playing third base in the minors, a new position for him, as the Dodgers continue to get younger.
