Seaton, a five-star recruit from IMG Academy in Florida, is expected to help improve the Buffaloes' offensive line, which was a major focus for head coach Deion Sanders.
Despite late interest from Maryland, Seaton chose to honor his verbal commitment to Colorado, which he made earlier in December.
