Overview

• Prime Video will launch the eight-episode spinoff in Australia and New Zealand on Friday, September 12, 2025.
• The series extends 2019’s Top End Wedding into television, with a new chapter built around family and place.
• Miranda Tapsell and Gwilym Lee reprise Lauren and Ned, whose return to Darwin introduces their guardianship of niece Taya.
• Newcomer Gladys-May Kelly plays Taya, with returning cast including Ursula Yovich, Huw Higginson, Shari Sebbens, Elaine Crombie, Rob Collins and Tracy Mann, alongside Brooke Satchwell, Guy Simon and Clarence Ryan.
• Created, written and executive produced by Tapsell and Joshua Tyler, the series is directed by Shari Sebbens and Christiaan Van Vuuren, produced by Goalpost Pictures with support from Screen Australia, Screen Territory and the South Australian Film Corporation, and distributed internationally by ZDF Studios.
