Tony Host Ariana DeBose to Make History at Second Consecutive Awards Ceremony

Ariana DeBose will host the Tony Awards for the second year in a row, the first time a host has done so consecutively in over a decade.
DeBose is also an Oscar-winning actor known for her role in the film adaptation of West Side Story.
The Tony Awards ceremony will take place on June 11 in New York City.
DeBose received criticism online for her performance hosting the BAFTA Awards, though many have praised her work elevating diversity and representation on Broadway.
Nominations for the Tony Awards will be announced on May 2.
