• Harries landed the title role after beating out a shortlist that included Jack O’Connell, Tom Blyth, George MacKay and Leo Woodall.
• James Watkins, director of the Danish thriller Speak No Evil, leads the project with Matt Reeves and Lynn Harris serving as producers.
• The screenplay was developed from an initial draft by Mike Flanagan and recently rewritten by Oscar-nominated writer Hossein Amini.
