Actor Teases Possibility of Reviving Dead MCU Characters, Despite Sense of Finality to Loki's Story

Tom Hiddleston, who has played Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) for 14 years, has hinted at his departure from the role following the conclusion of Loki's second season.
Hiddleston discussed the finality of Loki's journey in a recent interview, stating that the finale marks the end of his character's story that spanned six films and 12 episodes.
Despite this, there are rumors of Hiddleston acquiring a new role in the MCU, as suggested by a leaked Marvel merchandise featuring a new version of Loki.
Hiddleston also teased the possibility of Loki's time-slipping ability bringing back characters who have died in the MCU, such as Tony Stark (Iron Man).
However, it is unclear whether Loki will return in future MCU projects, as both Hiddleston and Loki series writer Eric Martin have expressed a sense of finality to the character's story.
