The pair, who were first linked romantically last summer, spent two hours at the restaurant and were described as 'cozy' by sources.
Brady, the retired NFL star, and Shayk, a model, were not seen showing any public displays of affection during their dinner date.
The couple briefly split in October but have since been seen together on multiple occasions, including at Art Basel Miami last month.
Brady, who finalized his divorce from Gisele Bündchen in October 2022, paid for the meal.
