Together AI Secures $305M Funding, Valuation Rises to $3.3 Billion

Together AI raised $305 million in a Series B funding round led by General Catalyst and Prosperity7 Ventures, doubling its valuation from $1.25 billion to $3.3 billion.
The company supports over 200 open-source AI models and surpassed $100 million in annualized revenue, a significant increase from $30 million a year ago.
Together AI will deploy Nvidia's latest Blackwell GPUs, including a 36,000-GPU cluster, to enhance its AI Acceleration Cloud for improved training and inference performance.
The platform serves more than 450,000 developers and provides enterprise-grade solutions, including virtual private cloud and on-premises deployment options.
The funding will also be used to double the company's workforce by the end of 2025 and scale its infrastructure to meet growing demand for advanced AI systems like DeepSeek-R1.
