Bronson's mother, Sarah Piesse, blames social services for not doing enough to prevent her son's death.
Social services had attempted to visit the home twice in early January but received no response and could not legally force entry.
Lincolnshire County Council has launched a review into the circumstances surrounding the child’s death.
Lincolnshire Police has referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) for review.
